Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
First they sign your lease at a certain dollar amount. Then if you WANT to stay living there they increase it every year and charge you extra for using THEIR launcdry facilities.

Then they make you pay 230$ dollars a year for a parking permit then never tow people who don't.

The neighbors are loud and the walls are paper thing, and they don't do ANYTHING about noice problems.
