The building is dirty. The management does a poor job with trash collection. Parking is always a problem. They let anyone move in so the neighbors were often shady. Maintenance requests were slow and we were usually charged for work completed claiming that items malfunctioned due to our negligence. Perhaps the worst aspect was the management. The office staff or Bowery Managment aren't cooperable, nice or friendly to deal with. Definetly look elsewhere.
