What you read so far, is all true. The place is a mess, noise, and the Bowery Management is just horrible, I've had problems from the first day I moved in. I had no power, so I couldn't even live there... They did nothing about that, I had to find a place to live until they got the power on. They lied to me on the contract about that, saying that everything was hooked up when I signed it (unfortunately, i should have checked for power before signing). Make sure you mark down EVERY SINGLE THING that you see wrong in your apartment. Drugs/Alcohol are a common thing around there, and they don't seem to do anything about it. Going to move out as soon as possible.

Id recommend finding another place to live. Living on campus, even for the extra money, is 10 times better than the conditions they have there.
