I love this building. It's old, it's beautiful, very reasonably priced, nice management and on site manager for maintence. Repair requests done in a matter of hours. Very friendly, nice place to live. I like the older building and the charm of the history in the place. It's in Highland Square, so parking is limited, but it's worth it for the neighboorhood charm and beauty of the gardens in the front, great place. and free cable!!! and free heat!!!
