To start off, if you like creature comforts don't let the charm suck you in.

No dishwasher or air conditioning.

No garbage disposal and terrible old pipes that have caused me nothing but problems.

I have to get my drains "fixed" weekly.

I have mold growing down the side of my kitchen wall and the carpet was filthy when I moved in.

Don't even get me started on the parking situation, I have been towed numerous times from the very spots I was told I could park in upon viewing the apartment.

Also, NO GROUNDED (3 prong) OUTLETS! If you want to plug anything you need an adapter, also expect the lights in your dwelling to dim everytime you plug something or turn on an appliance.

Not to mention the management loves to get crazy drunk ever night and is basically useless after 7 pm every night.

Horrible Horrible Horrible...Spend your money elsewhere.
