The building is definitely charming and in a great area. There is no dishwasher or air conditioning and moving from an apartment with multiple closets including a walk-in closet, this was quite an adjustment. Nevertheless, it was very affordable. The kitchen had ample cabinet space. I liked the built-in wall shelving in the dining area. I was confused by the large window in the shower & needed to cover it with a shower curtain. The wet environment caused the paint on the window sill to peel, nonetheless. The gas and electricity bills were VERY affordable, and there's free basic cable. All things considered, I couldn't complain.
