I have just recently moved into Shoreline and when I was first moving in here, I saw that there only one other rating and it was horrible. The rating discouraged me but I still ended up here anyways. So far, I have absolutely loved my apartment. The apartment's interior is pretty nice, I can keep a pet, the noise level is pretty low to nonexistant (compared to the last complex I was in, Timber Top, which was anything but quiet) and the lake is pretty. We've had one maintance problem so far and it was taken care of promptly. Management has been nothing but nice as well. While I have only stayed here for a handful of months so far, I am liking the complex a lot. It's affordable for any college student like myself. Maybe in a few more months, I'll be singing a different tune but I love Shoreline
