They won't turn the heat on until your toes turn blue. A LOT of "noises" coming from the neighbors downstairs, but can't hear anything from the next door neighbors. Parking your car in an actual parking space is a joke, spaces are always full of visitors. On the plus side, maintenance is responds quickly, huge closets, lots of floor plans to choose from. But other than that, it's no good.

in my unit there is a valve under the sink that turns the heat on ro off. Only bad thing is its Full on or Full off.
