misrepresentation

I was shown two apartments, and i decided to rent one. I put down $120, and scheduled move-in.
On the day of the move, i got the keys to my apartment, and it was TOTALLY DIFFERENT than the one i was shown. The building was further back and seedy-looking, with scummy looking tennants. And the apartment wasn't even cleaned- The lady was rude to me- saying "I don't know what YOU saw but that's EXACTLY what you rented" And she also made me sign the apartment walkthrough paper before i saw the apartment, saying i had until 12pm the next day to add anything she missed. [which was alot, the carpets were filthy, and the doors had damage that looked like someone had hit them] The apartment also had no kind of bolt-lock, [it only had a rickety old door-lock] and i was told i could add one at MY expense.
So i dropped it right there, and figured it was worth losing my $120, to not have to live there.
I wouldn't reccomend this place.
