This place is ridiculous.

OK, so about a year ago their maintenace staff decided to come out and tear a bunch of chunks of concrete off the balconies above my apartment. That stuff is still laying on the ground and more chunks fall off sometimes. So then two weeks ago I walk out the door and almost get hit with a piece of roofing that comes flying down. Turns out they are replacing the roofing, and yet again they just decide to throw all the crap down from the second story and just leave it. There are nails and screws all over the place and they made no attempt to clean any of them up. I worry about some of these kids running around getting one stuck in their foot so I pick up the nails when I see them, but I should not have to do that. Oh yeah, that last review is obviously the management. Come on, who else would type a reivew like that. Sounds like they just cut and pasted some of that from some other website. Just take my advice and don't live here unless you can talk them down to less than $400 a month. Then it might be justified.
