Timber Top

 

Well, first of all, maintenance sucks! I live in what is supposed to be "the family section" and when looking out of my five year daughter's back window (we are on the bottom floor) we find empty beer bottles all over the ground.

The flower bed beside our front walkway is littered with trash and cigarette butts from the slobs and their children above us.

Oh and speaking of our upstairs neighbors, the noise is horrible.

They have some punk teenager that does nothing but blair his filthy music all day.

Hey, I'm young and I love young music, but I have a small child living here that doesn't need to hear F bombs being dropped all day long.

The management doesn't know ---- from shinola.

We've all ready been involved in a stressful misunderstanding about our rent and we've only been here five months.

I'll have to say though if you are young with no kids and don't mind rude noisy neighbors and -------- lanlords and you need a decent inexpensive place to live then Timber Top's your place.

Oh, and the parking SUCKS.

If we come home on a Friday or Saturday night past 10 pm we can't even park near our building because all of our neighbors have their drunken little friends over.

There is NO assigned parking which is ridiculous! Okay, I've said my peace.
