I lived at timber top for two years. Management never was available when things went wrong. They enter your apartment unannounced all the time which is against the law (they have to give some kind of notice ).
When moved out the would not return my deposit unless I provided them with my new address. I gave a post office box and had to threaten to take them to court. Then the refund my money as I wanted paid in full security deposit and animal deposit. Then 3 months later I get a phone call at work from management and they tell me they gave me 600 dollars more than they were supposed to. Come on 3 months later they do the books for the month I left. OOOPS! There mistake but when I actually figure it all out from the papers and money I gave them when I moved in I was not given any extra money. They tried to take me to court but they didn't have a case because I kept every document ever given and that I signed'. KEEP YOUR PAPERWORK!!!!
Not to mention the upper level apartments are fire traps waiting to happen.
They are all nice until after they suckered you to move in.
