Timbertop is nasty. Poor management. Rude. No speedbumps. You can't get out when their ijnternal engineering is defeated by natural disasters, however if you walk behind the complex to the owner's house, he has his bridge covered and beamed by steel/

it is difficult to see around curbs and the rent is too hugh for the area.

it has bug problems, too, probably because the white trash residents leave their trash outside of their doors for days on

I don't recommend living here.
