My rommate and I moved in on the day that the bridges got washed out.

We made careful not of every piece of wallpaper that was peeling and every spot on the carpet and took video.

We did this because I have heard that so many people do not get their deposit back and they are not keeping my money.

We even have a newspaper in the video to confirm the date.

What is that smell''' IT smells like some sort of dead animal.

The walls are paper thin.

We have a crrepy old guy that lives next door to us that chants at like 3 am, its weird.

The people who live above us blast the radio until about 4 am.

not to mention that between them blasting the stereo the guy beats the girl just about every other night.

When it gets really bad we call the police and by the time the akron PD get there they answer the door and say it isnt them fighting, it must be someone else.

our kitchen cabinents have been broke and removed for months.

the guy came to fix it and said he needed to take it back to the shop, that was 3 months ago.

we have called at least 6 times to get our cabinent doors back and theye still dont come.

Sewage backed up into our bathtub on the first day of classes and spaghetti and food came up through my drain (the spaghetti wasnt ours) it took them 8 hours to get someone out there to fix it, needless to say my rommate and i couldnt shower so we missed the first day of class.

the "security" light outside of our apartment wasnt fixed until last week.

My main concern is that they are going to try and keep our security deposit and that will not happen.

i have ample proof of what that apartment looked like when we moved in and i have been taking video of everything that is wrong with it since.
