I have only been living here for about a month and so far things are ok. It's my first apartment living experience so the noise of neighbors was something i had to get used to. Waking up to the upstair neighbors christmas was a little weird. I definitly think the place could be better insullated, considering i can here the neighbors conversations so clearly that i could include myself in them. The drafts are so bad this winter i have to keep my thermostat at 90 just so it reads a confortable 70 on my dial...luckily heat is free. Management and mantanace have been pretty reliable and have gotten right on my few complaints. As for this spring i've heard that people have had problems with mold and mildew in the lower apartments in the past so im hoping for the best. Overall, however, the apartments are decent in size and very nice for the price you pay. So far the good things outweigh the bad.
