College student- and cat-friendly!

I lived at Timber Top while finishing college before purchasing a house.

The apartment was nice and spacious.

I lived in a 2 bedroom split-level, the second bedroom made a great office.

During my stay, I called the office for a repair one time and received prompt service.

There was a great wooded view from my bedroom balcony.

There was a family with 2 kids living upstairs - I rarely heard them (unless the kids were plaing basketball in their living room!).


When I moved out I didn't expect to see my security deposit due to an issue my cat had with the carpet.

I was amazed that they didn't deduct ANY money for the carpet because it was a few years old and due to be replaced.

As far as apartments go in the area, this one was great ...

and they are cat friendly!
