NEVER EVER EVER EVER move into timbertop ..... the management here is by far the most idiot bunch a prissy ass useless daddy's girls you will ever run across.... they ----- about installin satelite tv.... after you move in (we are on the pond in building 42) they put out notices that you are no longer allowed to fich in the pond..... before we signed out lease agreement they made a point of telling us about the pond... and how it was stocked with fish... and dont get me started on there maintenece.... ive called 8 times now about having our thermostat fixed with no action taken...... during the winter our appartment would reach temperatures upwards of 90 degrees.... and lemme tell you ... its not getting any better in the summer....the scenery is nice... great place to go for walks if you dont ming beiong run down by the college kids that feel the need to drive 150 miles an hour down the windy roads.... the also have a great pool here... if you dont mind sharing it with 500 screaming annoying little kids.... winters here are awful... the plowtrucks hit 3 cars in my building alone... and they dont put down salt on the large hills in the winter... we used to stand outside and watch cars wreching into the gaurd rails on icy winter nights .... all in all i can offically say that this is a horrible place to live... by far the worst management i have ever encountered.... they are the nicest people in the world until you sign your lease ... and then its all down hill from there... the building construction is horrible... the appartments are WAYYYYY overpriced for there size.... we have constant electrical and heating problems.... the lower level appartments flood on a regular basis.... and you cant get a decent high speed internet connection out here.... so all in all if you dont mind living in a -------- with crappy management the scenery is great
