After a few months at Timber Top, my apt. became moldy and many of my belongings were ruined. I found out that this has happened to some of my neighbors too. Insurance does not cover this damage and either will the apartment manager. They refuse to let me out of my lease. Other concerns: My car has been vandalized. I can hear most of what my neighbors say and do. There has been the same trash (plus some new trash) in the lake beside my building since I moved in. Parking lots are not lit well, and there aren't usually spaces open near my building if I come home after 10pm. The office staff is especially rude and inconsiderate if you have a problem that that is their responsibilty... they will ignore you as much as possible. Unsupervised children are often wandering around.
