Timbertop prides itself in being "scenic," but after living there for over a year I believe that is the understatement of the year. I had to drive down a steep hill to get home and the entire 50 building complex is very poorly lit. My water randomly turned yellow every month or so and their are a lot of bugs.
There are also a lot of loud college kids live there and you can here them through the paper thin walls.
The office workers are very ruid and act snoty whenever you call or stop by with a concern.
The pool LOOKS cool, but don't let it fool you. It is overpopulated by small children and the deck shakes whenever anyone takes a step.
