I have lived in Timber Top for over two years, basically because of the price, and have had my car vandalized three times, (costing me over $2,000, not including the money I spent to install a security system) my neighbors have had the gas cyphened out of their car several times, I had a racoon jump on me, our ceiling fell through in the living room (the maintence people just put plaster over it) along with many more issues.

The management staff don't give a ---- about anything but your rent check.

When I contacted them about my car they asked me who I pissed off, and gave me nothing else.

I hate Timber Top! I cannot wait to move out of her as soon as I can.

Do not move in, unless you have no where else to go.
