This place is horrible my building is falling off the side of a hill the property manager, Juilie Poisse, refuses to do anything about this.
My sidewalk was never fixed the entire 4 years i lived here.
This sidewalk has settled to an angle 75 degrees and the corner of the building has settled nearly 3 ft.
Because of this the walls are buckling you can see all the drywall seams, my ceiling and walls are cracked and warped in every corner indide this apt.
When you move you must pay rent for an entire month even if it was only one day of that month.
no Pro Rating if you move out.
My refrigerator broke and it took maintenence more than 48 hours to come so $200 of my groceries, that I bought the day before it broke, spoiled and I was refused reibursment, even with my reciept.
My water heater died and it took more than 48 hours for maintenence to replace.
They left me with no hot water for two days.
One day I came out of the apartment to find they were reroofing my building, they never gave me any notice of this happening, when I came out I saw nothing but roof tear off, old shingles nails and rotted wood, falling in front of my front door and the mess was literally touching my front door.
Please listen save yourself alot of money and alot of headaches DONT RENT FROM TIMBER TOP!
