Dirty,dirty,dirty.
This is what you get when you move into Timber Top.
We were promised new carpeting upon move in.
We didn't get it.
It was cleaned three times in 20 months and still wasn't clean.
It was ok, then after year the college kids found our empty builing.
we were treated to all kinds of music at all hrs of the day.
I have a 2 yr old, duh, he needs a nap.
The pool is horrible.
I'm sure there is lead paint in the kitty pool, and no one cleans up after themselves or there kids.
The parking lot is the surface of the moon.
Hey thanks for plowing so well, but how about getting some concrete in the spring and patch the holes.
I was tired of living in filth, so we moved.
maybe if you'd fix the buildings and the wood rot, people would be happier to stay.

Buwahahahahaha! The ignorant momma's boy strikes again. You'll never graduate college son and if you do, lifes lessons will do you in. I hope your cut off from your parents checkbook someday and have to "live there".

If your reading this review, please ignore what john97 has to say. He is a perfect example of the college kids that live there that just do not care about anything but their party life. He is a degrating low life. Thank you |

what do you neighbors have to do with the apartments themselves? Everything you say is about actions of other people. Choose to live dirt cheap, and you are going to have some trashy people around. It is your own fault, and frankly irresponsible to live there with a child. If you can't afford anything better than timbertop, I'd say don't have a child.
