i love timber top! it is not ghetto.

downtown akron is ghetto.

timber top is in a forest sooooo....

i don't think that is considered a terrible scary place to live.

i like it my apartment is cute, and cheap.

I have had no trouble with management, when i needed something replaced they came the same day.

i don't mind the noise because i am a student myself.

so if you live somewhere full of college students you can expect a little ruckus, otherwise you are stupid.

No, I expect the college kids to be repectful of there neighbors who also want cheap rent.

I agree md_mom. There are other people that live there besides college kids and we deserve to live in peace. I had no idea it was so full of rude, disrespectful kids when I signed the lease or I would not have!

college kids hate the trashy fatherless children also. why bring a 10 person family here? get a house.

Obviously, your a college kid there john97. Your ignorance speaks volumes. I am assuming your one of the low life drunks that I have had to call the police on. Get a house you say? Trashy fatherless children? Are you speaking of your own offspring? Hmmm....maybe you should move back with mommy and daddy so they could teach you some manners.
