Timber Top has a bad rap but I've only been here for about 4 days and so far I haven't seen anything that horrible.

It has been a short while and before moving in I read all of these reviews and still decided to move here because it has the cheapest rent.



I selected a 2 bed in the upper area, not the canyon.

I picked the top floor so I wouldn't hear people.

I'm a college aged kid so I like to party and I do make noise so it's nice to be somewhere where that's ok.

When I moved in some things were wrong with the place and I documented all of them.

You can hear people from other apartments inside your own and parking can suck at night so I have to park in the back of the buillding and walk all around.

So if you hate to party or have a family, basicly live somewhere else.

If this is your first apartment it's an ok start.

It is not a place to party, it is a place to live and you arrogant college kids have to realize that there ARE other people there and some of them are on tight incomes and are trying to raise families!!!

i wouldnt be worried bmig if she owns a lawfirm and has a "tight income" than she must be a pretty ------ lawyer
