My apartment itself was nice but like the other reviewer, I felt unwelcome everytime I walked into the office and inquired about something. I moved out and they added on a tremendous amount of fee's because they said that I did not give them sufficient notice. (which I did) They kept my security deposit AND added on 2 months rent! I have battled with them but to no avail. I had college kids next to me who were up partying all night long and I complained to the office many many times telling them I had small children but they did nothing. I was the first person to live in my apartment and about 4 months into it, my garbage disposal broke. I called and was read the riot act. If you are a day or so late with your rent, they leave this note on your door stating that you have 3 days to get out. I freaked out when I got that and called. The lady actually LAUGHED and said that wasn't true. They just did it to scare people into paying. WTH'
