I moved here last August. The balcony view is nice, the apartment is what was expected, all mantenance needs were met, and there was ample parking near my apartment (building 7). The customer service is average at best, but I didn't have to deal with them very much. And the only other complaint I have is that the building is old, and the floor from the upstairs neighbors squeaks too much. Overall I would recommend Timber Top because almost all utilities are included. I would definitely tell someone to do their research before renting though, because I'm sure that there are worse apartments in the whole complex. I'm very happy with mine!!
