This apt complex is in a nice area, but it sucks. Never any parking, very noisy, Timber Top does nothign about the complaints you have. The grounds crew is horrible. Trash in the pond behind Rocky Brook DR. and its half empty.
And not matter what I do my apt always smells funny.

If you are on one of the bottom level apartments. (below the parking lot) Its from the flood a couple years ago. The mold is in the walls thats why I moved out. there was mold in the closet in the walls and under the carpet.. look around.
