I have lived at Timbertop for the last 5 years, and I absolutely love it here! For the price of the apt, and for the amount of space that I have, you really can't beat it or find a better deal anywhere! I have never had any issues with the leasing office (in fact, they have been VERY nice to me as I have had a couple roommates and have lived alone there), they have only raised my rent ONCE since I have been there, and I haven't really had any issues with anyone around me. Of course there is the issue with the paperthin walls, but you will have that in an apt complex. Overall, I love it, and really don't have any complaints about it!
