Worst place to live!!! Warning to all!!!Theft, vandalism, violence, drugs

The owner of Timber Top is a money hungry low life.
Management is rude and terrible.
Problems never get taken care of they are just ignored.
I have filed many complaints against violence and loud neighbors and nothing is done.The police do not even want to come out here since they are called out every night.
In the past month 5 cars have been broken into alone including my car in just one of the many parking lots.
Windows were broken out and the car completely gutted of anything with value.
Timber tops response was that they tell the renters to take in all belongings from vehicles.
Police disregaurded it since it happens so much.
Timber top never warned renters even though they have been aware of the situation.Claim to have a patrol man but have been there a while and have not seen one, also asked others that have lived there quite a while- no one has ever seen this invisible patrol man and there are break ins every night.
For the first year had a racoon livind in the walls complained every day and they did nothing, friend finally set a trap for it.

never cleaned prior to move in, I had to rent a carpet shampooer.
Moved the fridge and stove to find food and papers dated from 1997.
This place is a breeding ground for the criminal low life bums who do not want to work and just want to take you for evrything you have- owner and management included.
Dirty, disgusting, unsafe, loud, you name the bad quality it has it.
Trees and shrube are not cut back, no lighting in parking lots, burnt out lighting in buildings- makes it a welcome mat for robberies.Construction on new buildings constantly, will wake you up early in the morning.
Building new units to make more $ without repairing old ones.
Walls are so thin you can even hear your neighbor going to the bathroom! Laundry facilities will make your clothing even more dirty than it was to begin with, no maintenance is done to keep it clean and in working order, machines are filthy as well as floors and building in general.
Machines are not in proper working order, dryers will run for 10 min.
or less not even warming up the wet laundry.I would not want my worst enemy to live here.Pool is not maintained it is not big enough for all of the unite and tenants, low life creeps sneak in from the section 8 housing development across the street and spy on the young girls.

you obviously have no clue what you are talking about. no one owns timber top. each condo is seperately owned. and the tenants have a board of trustees that vote to what is done and when. you have a problem you go to the meeting and voice your concerns. timber top also accepts section 8 housting vouchers, and that status of low income does not make a person a "low life creep". or make you a voyeristic perv. obviously you need to find out the facts before you assume things about people or things that dont exist. and maybe your car wouldnt have been broken into if you werent a low life who could afford a security alarm.
