The section 8 ghetto thrash from across the street have turned this place to mini Compton, CA.
They rob, rape, and there have been atleast 2 killings by them.
They (section 8 thrash) hang out at sand run park, harassing white women.
They break into cars, apartments, garages, etc.
Police want do anything, since it's so common.
Need I say more''

Have these things ever happened to you, or are they rumors. Maybe it's just me being naive when I moved in and never hearing these things until after leaving and checking this site. I never had a bad experience or knew of anyone who did. Did you ever think some people may never have had a bad experience and therefore because of that they actually rate the place fairly based on their own experience, instead of reputation because you and some people heard it's ghetto? However, I do believe others have got stuff stolen from the parking lot, and I understand you wanting to complain about the place for that. So maybe just I and the others who gave it a good review never had things stolen or seen other problems and were just the 10% of ones who bothered to rate, while 80% of the people with bad experiences found a place to voice their problems. That would explean why Timber Top does not come highly reccomended - because (in my experience - can't speak for others) Timber Top is such a great place and a great deal. I'll have to check into police reports about the killings and harassment though - even if the ploice do nothing they still have to keep reports, and this would be sad for anyone affected.
