U of A students refer to it as the 'Timber Top Campus' for a reason. Perfect for poor college students with nothing a value to live for a few years. I lived in the townhouses for two years with a bunch of roommates. It was not cleaned prior to move in, deck had disgusting spills on it, wallpaper was pealing in the kitchen, bee/wasp issues, neighbors had a dog that barked all the time, college boys next door partied until 3am, never enough parking spots, 2nd floor bathroom leaked onto first floor bedroom, etc. Good times.
