I have lived here since Mar '08,keep in mind the place I lived in previously I had lived there for 12 years w/many maintenance & landlord issues. At least,@ Timbertop any time I had a maintenance issue they resolved it within 24 hrs. As, for neighbors, not much of an issue. The neighbors that lived next to me were great...but unfortuneatly moved out. I just hope that I don't get bad neighbors. My neighbors below me I never hear. I live on an end apartment so that is nice seeing that if any neighbors move in, I only have to deal w/who lives next to me or below me. Some of the tenants that live nearby have issues w/leaving the trash outside of their door and animals get into it making it a mess but other than that I really don't have any problems.

I hope you don't get bad neighbors either...cause Timbertop is now accepting Section 8. Watch out....

I lived here around 2006 with my friend. At first we loved the place. That was until someone in the building next to ours stabbed his wife! Then cars started getting broken into...Lots of crime and low lifes live here. GO ELSEWHERE!
