Awesome place , it's cheap , mostly everything is encluded. Radiator heat makes it nice in the winter , wood flooring keeps it cool during the summer. That's about it for the good. Here's the bad , the floors creak , the doors don't close all the way and have huge gaps, the windows don't shut all the way, the washer and dryer are filthy and half the time take your money, the draining and plumming here are horrible. taking a shower turns into a bath. Place was discusting when we moved in and took 2 and a half days of cleaning to get the place right. It can get loud at times, i suggest getting a top floor place so you don't have to hear your neighbors walking around at all hours. The parking lot is very safe and everyone here is reallll friendly , theres tons of potholes around the place tho. If your lucky you can get a garage space which is cool. I think the ones that are attached to the building are radiator heated too. The grass looks real nice here , but the courtyards are horribly filled with weeds and not taken care of at all. During the summer running your A/C is a must , but will trip your circuit breaker after a couple of hours of use. It cools down real fast tho so you can deal with it. If you can deal with fixing stuff yourself and noise then it's an awesome place. Oh and the apartments are huuugeee so that's a plus! rent veries from 500 - 800 so very affordable for everyone. only thing it lacks is a dishwasher.
