my experience at twin oaks was a good living place, everything is included, and that is even the maintance end.

There was a problem in my apartment one night, and I called the maintance people and they were there on the spot.

My last apartment the landlord did not care, and I paid more money than this apartment.

Parking is great, it is also
included with my apartment.

I enjoy the old world charm of the building, I know it is over 100 years old and could use some updating, plumbing is old, wiring is
out dated, but overall as a tenant,I am very happy where I live My friends love my place and I love it too.

One last thing, get rid o the dogs, the grounds would look so much better.
