Problems inside the apartments go without being fixed even if you call repeatedly, you can hear people peeing and showering above and below you in the bathroom. The lady under me smokes all the time, I can smell it all hours of the day and night, through the floors. I am allergic to cigarettes, so this is really annoying. Sometimes people get drunk and have cook-out's in the courtyards, they are loud and annoying, but if they would just settle it down at a decent hour, and clean up their trash afterwards, no one would mind them. In the winter the walks, stairs and driveway's don't get plowed, I've seen people fall many times. Though I laugh because it's funny, I wonder if anyone has ever filed a suit. I also saw a chick fall in the parking lot in the middle of summer on broken glass in the lot ( which was there for weeks, I know, because I park in this lot) and she cut herself on the glass. People are allowed to have dogs which is awesome, and are mostly good about cleaning up the dog poo, but other tenants have planted "gardens" in the courtyard and have posted signs that say "No Dogs!" I think this is rude, people can't really tell their dogs not to pee in certain places. Besides these issues you are left alone, and don't have the landlord bugging you about a whole lot.
