Jerry is the land lord at Twin Oaks and he is awesome! He is very attentive to all the problems that tenants have and he's very approachable! He is the best land lord ever!

He is a great landlord. But he's not attentive to the problems with the apartments, I feel that may have something to do with the actual owners. I have had the same issue with my apartment for the past 3 years but it hasn't been fixed, and after asking for a 2 years to fix it, I came to understand it wasn't going to get done. The place is loud, people are annoying in the center courts, sexual predators live here (search online), but the rent is good, the space is big, so you deal with it. Sooner or later it will catch up when the city of akron comes to investigate and chances are there will be alot of illegal things caught. Such as the power outlets and exposed wires (fire hazard)
