I havent had any real problems here.

I can hear my neighbor walking around upstairs, due to the hardwood floors, but that is about it as far as noise goes.

The heat does kindof suck.

It is either freezing or too hot and you have to open a window.

The apartments themselves are really nice.

My kitchen is a little outdated, and the water drips from the faucets, but you dont have to pay for water so no biggie.

The group of older people that like to party in the courtyards with the firepit can get pretty obnoxious, but once they pass out it is quiet again.

Overall, not a bad place to live.
