My wife and I stayed there for a year before breaking our contract to leave early. We couldn't take the loud thumping music (that shook our pictures) and the fact that the management did nothing about the problem. Those same neighbors would also always park in our "assigned" spot. Again, no suprise, management did absolutely nothing.

If you need something fixed right away, good luck. The maintenance is either put on a waiting list (which will take 3-4 weeks) or if it's an emergency, a drunk maintenance person may show up (like the experience we had). When we moved in we were told we would be able to use our own washer and dryer. We were never told that the dryer was gas instead of electric, which meant we had to store our dryer. And within two weeks of our moving in our hot water heater quit working. The only way it was ever fixed was because I told them my attorney was drafting a lawsuit against the company because under Ohio state law a landlord must provide adequate hot water for it's tenants. Even then they were slow about the fix. And as for the dishwasher, it may as well not have been there. It didn't work and when the maintenance guy came to fix it, he said we needed to change our soap. Can you believe that!'

When we first moved in there was a different property manager and everything went smoothly. Since her leaving Windsor Park, it's gone down hill. If you are looking for something affordable in the Copley - Fairlawn area try the Hunt Club behind Outback on Route 18. DO NOT STAY HERE OR YOU'LL BE SORRY!!

Oh my gosh, you are not kidding! This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with renting an apartment -- and I have lived up and down the east coast! The price is right -- but so not worth it. Better off paying a little more in rent then dealing with the incometencies of the staff at Windsor Park. They assured me managment and maintenance was new the the bad reviews from every site was from a long time ago. ANOTHER LIE!!! Oh my gosh, if you want to be completely miserable and stressed out to the max -- this is the place for you! I so regret the decision (due to price) to try and live here!!!!!! DO NOT DO IT~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ PLEASE
