I have lived here for almost a year now, and at first I loved it. The first time I called the emergency maintenance line, they were here within five minutes. When my dryer broke three months later, it took them three weeks to fix. I used to live on a side where only one other family moved in, now all four are occupied and they all have dog except for me. When i step outside I step in dog poop. Winter is the worst. They are too cheap to hire more than one plow guy, and rely on a Dodge pick-up with a plow attached to do the entire allotment. My car has been stuck multiple times, not because of the weather, but because they plowed the snow in front of my car and blocked me in. The ladies in the office are complete jerks, and don't care about anything. Parking...ha, they say you are not to double park, or park behind garages, but it is okay for the maintenance crew to do so. they blocked my husband in his garage for almost 45 minutes, which made him late for work. You can hear the cabinets close in the apartments next to you, and people running up/down stairs. Needless to say that as soon as my lease is over, I am out of this place.
