I moved from out of town and had to make a decision where to live very fast. I wish I did more research. When I moved in I noticed that the townhouse I was renting was maintained very poorly. Specifically, there is rust on the washing machine and dishwasher that the maintenance staff refuses to do anything about. The carpet is also filthy. The walls have fuzz and hairs painted on them.
You can file complaints with the maintenance staff and they do nothing about it. I am seeking legal representation.

I agree with who ever post that common, this is very old apartment,I have 2 friends live here in other 2 units ,all 3 of us having the same problems,washmachine and dryer ,when that broke you have to wait for the part ,thats about 2 weeks.1 of the main reason I choose the live here its becouse it has garage,but when the garage opener has broke ,I have been told that I have to pay half of it,thats $125,when I ask to speak to the manager,they gave me the number then calling and calling like you are trying to contect the president of the us ,that took me only 15 days to just speak to her,and the answer is they dont provide the opener,so I have to lift up and down the door use my hands everytime in and out,I cant wait to move out of here,but poor me still have 3 more month till the lease end
