This has been a HORRIBLE experience. Although we keep to ourselves and are rarely even at home the Management Company (GMS) is constantly leaving notices on the door or harassing us for one reason or another. We had to have DirectTV come to our apartment 3 times because the management company claimed that one of the wires was in violations of the rules here. We paid our rent through October of last year and have been making monthly, on-time payments since, yet today we recevieve an eviction notice on the door! When i called GMS they claimed we had not paid rent for the entire year----yet they are just now taking action. When i told her I had all of my receipts the woman on the phone told me to fax them in but I would still have to pay a $200 re-instatement fee, even though my rent has always been on time. This place is not worth the stress.
