A broken AC does not constitute an emergency unless it is an especially hot day. My air conditioner has only worked one day this entire week. I called the office on a Friday morning and they said they would send someone out immediately and no one came the entire day. I called Saturday morning and they told me that the maintenance guys do not work on Saturdays and I should call again on Monday. I spoke with one of the maintenance guys and he said he worked all day Friday and was never dispatched to my apartment.
The insulation of the apartment is terrible. It loses the cool air very quickly and I imagine it would lose the heat even faster in the winter. The morning sun shines directly into my window in the morning and it is difficult to sleep through.
The blinds are really messed up! They do not go up and down evenly. One side will still be up high while the other is touching the window sill.
Cell phone service is terrible here. If you have Verizon, do not live here. I cannot get through a two minute conversation without dropping the call. I am not sure how other providers are.
The pool didn't open until the middle of June and even then it is only open Tuesday-Sunday (closed on Mondays) 11am-7pm.
There is dog poop everywhere! No one picks up after their dogs and there is no penalty even though it is very obvious who owns the dogs because the poop is concentrated around their doors.
I thought that it would be a different experience for me than what I read had happened to other people and I was wrong. It is terrible here. This is the worst complex I have ever lived in and the management of the apartment I lived in before stole from us! I am so glad I will only be living here for one more month. I totally agree. Every since I moved here I have had nothing but trouble. It's like living in the projects. I went as far as to have pictures taken of everything that was wrong in the apartment because nobody was fixing anything. I had to go to corporate office before anything got fixed. However, I am still having problems. The heater in my bedroom knocks every five minutes, the hot water has a very foul smell. So whenever I run the water for the washer or to take a bath, the whole apartment smells like rotten eggs. The is a horrible brown sap that keeps appearing on my walls in the bathroom and the kitchen. Oh the list goes on and on. I hate it here and I am seriously trying to buy out my lease. I don't recomment this place to anyone
