This Complex is Bordering on Criminal Behavior

Please do not rent from this complex. 3 months ago around June 2009 my wife and I reported mold or mildew growing on our dining room wall. After three months of terrible mildew odor and absolutely no maintenance repair at all we have broken our lease. We have been forced to hire an attorney and may be suing GMS Management. This complex is run by the sleaziest, sneakiest liars I have ever met. We have even been forced to call the health department on them due to the conditions in the apartment they have not fixed. You don't necessarily have to take my word for it. Read the below reviews and then search for them on the Better Business Bureau Website. The BBB gave them a grade of an "F". Do yourself a favor and don't rent from these crooks.
