Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
Terrible time with parking, they'll let anyone move in here now. They use cheap fixtures, I've had to have maitnence out here a few times to fix the same thing over again. Rent isnt too high for what you get. Takes a while to have anything fixed. Use cheap toilets and such.
