Very Unprofessional I lived there for two years and now I can't even get management to verify my good rent records by simply answering the phone for two agencies! Management changed two times during our stay. I would NEVER go back nor recommend this to ANYONE due to the unprofessional

Okay for the money. It is an okay place to live for $675. They are older and not well maintained. The managment is very rude and is never willing to help with anything. Parking is okay as they do have assigned spots now. They have a very bad cat problem and there are TONS of strays everywhere.

it's a gamble. Management has changed three times in the past 12 months. Seem to always have new rules. Maintenance is quite terrible. HOWEVER the place is pretty spacious, and affordable. Walls are thing. Only one parking spot per apartment.

There is a new manager every week. Each one has their own rules that they like to enforce. Maintenance is a nightmare and they will try short cuts for everything. We went without a/c in the middle of summer and we finally had to call Capital Investments to have the problem resolved. Parking is

Okay Terrible time with parking, they'll let anyone move in here now. They use cheap fixtures, I've had to have maitnence out here a few times to fix the same thing over again. Rent isnt too high for what you get. Takes a while to have anything fixed. Use cheap toilets and such.
