These are very expensive becase they are basically on campus.

I was a music and education student at OU and I could walk to either building in less than 5 minutes from my apartment. I lived with four other roomates in a three bedroom apartment...and I paid about $550 or so in rent plus utilities.

I was happy there. Noise wasn't really a problem as you might think it could be.

Maintanance staff were horrible and rude. I think because mostly college students live there, they feel that they can treat young people like dirt, and they do. Rude on the phone, rude in person.....they would not be able to work anywhere else and get away with that kind of behavior. We had a fuse box, not even a circut breaker....and they would get nasty whenever a fuse needed replaced. Sheesh...do your jobs!

The location was worth the price and the nasty maintance staff however. No dishwashers sucked...but lots of room...and again...the location was worth it for me.
