A getway from College craziness - I have lived in my apartment for almost ten months, and I love it. All neighbors have been respectful and keep the noise down after eleven, however, there is hardly any noise ever. Occupants vary from undergrad students, grad students, professors, and full time job residents. The complexes are only five years old so everything is really nice and new. Additionally, the ...Full review of River's Edge Apartments

Not too bad - This place isn't too bad for the price. They pay for heat, but the heat is totally controlled from them. You dont have a thermostat in your own place it's just heat that comes out from a vent. They won't turn on the heat until as late as possible or unless people keep complaining. If your a college student it isnt really a good place because of the distance from the bars, you ...Full review of Athens Apartments

Best apartments in Athens - Having lived in a number of apartments in Athens, I can honestly say that Putnam Square is the best. The apartments are nice, clean, and well-maintained. The few maintenance problems we had were taken care of extremely promptly. Parking can be tricky when people have friends over, but it's a minor inconvenience at most. The price is a bit high for the area and the laundry ...Full review of Putnam Square Apartments

Oh my days at Andover Court..... - I lived at Andover Court from 2001-2003 when I was in grad school at OU. Finding an apartment in Athens can be a challenge for a new student...and I realized I had waited way too long to find a place to live. I had few choices....and Andover Court seemed like the best I was going to get. I paid $459/month for a one bedroom. When I first moved in, my entire apartment smelled like cat urine ...Full review of Andover Court Apartments

Good if you have roomates. These are very expensive becase they are basically on campus.
I was a music and education student at OU and I could walk to either building in less than 5 minutes from my apartment. I lived with four other roomates in a three bedroom apartment...and I paid about $550 or

Riverpark Towers in Athens, OH Riverpark Towers in Athens, OH is the worst place ever to live. It is ghetto with premium rent in a small college town. I'm paying $630 for a one bedroom. When I moved in September of last year I didn't even need the key they gave me - the door was
