2. Overages every month on electric with no justification, ranging from $1-$20 per person

Great unless there's a PROBLEM River's Edge is great unless there's a problem. The staff (aside from the groundskeepers) are snotty young girls who treat tenants like CRAP. They make stuff up all the time, and then renege on it later. Everything is fine unless you have to deal with
