Included washer and dryer is stacked model, very small.
Unclear pet policy.
Was told when I signed lease that we would be able to get a dog a few months later.
When the dog was purchased, I was then told that to keep the dog, I would have to get rid of my cat and move to the first floor! This was only 4 months after I moved in! Only one pet per apartment allowed, dogs on first floor only.
Very upset and apparently should have gotten the agreement in writing.
Moving out as soon as lease is up.
Apartments are small but cozy.
There are lakes on the property, but they waited until the middle of the summer to fill them, so it was more like a mudpit next to our building.
Parking area not very well lit.

Didn't you take a tour before you rented and ask to see the washer and dryer? Also, by law, all policies must be clearly stated in writing on a lease -- didn't you read your lease before signing it? Don't blame the apartment complex; you did not take the common sense steps that every other renter takes before signing a lease. This is a great apartment complex, I know people who have lived there for years are have no complaints, and who love the units and the management. Your review is unfair.
