best property I moved in 3 months ago and just love it. The staff is helpful and maintenance is right there when you need them. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is awesome. I can take my 6 year old to the pond wher he can fish. Last week he caught an 18' bass, he was so happy.

Better than anywhere else I have rented. This place was the best place for several reasons. The maintenance was immediate, the grounds are appealing, the office is easy to deal with and the units are very quiet. You get a lot for your money and I would recommend this property to anyone.

we are moving We are moving into Timberlake Townhomes & I am so glad to see the great reviews. We havr visited a few times & are moving things in. The staff seems friendly & has been helpful 2 us. We have 1 school aged son & 2 18 yr olds left in our nest, I want to make life as good as possible

There's always someone... I've lived here for almost 6 months. Yes, it's a little pricy, but very few apartments are as pet friendly with an attached garage. No more carring groceries from the street or up 2 flights of stairs! It's very large and has everything I was looking
