East Fork Crossing is a manufactured home community. People are quiet and respectful. We have our own yards, a large pool, and play area. The landscaping is beautiful and each person cares for their yard. Animals are accepted with a monthly charge. The appliances are in great shape as well as the homes. Most places have a 2 car parking. Many people park by the office if they need extra space. They do a criminal background check on any person who will live here. So far, I could not ask for anything better. SUPER!
